Refund policy

Because most pieces are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns at this time. However, please get in touch regarding an exchange if there are sizing issues with your ring! 

We have a 7 day exchange policy for sizing issues only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

We sadly are not able to grant an exchange if ring size was chosen randomly, so please make sure you know your ring size or send a measurement of your finger (wrap a string around your finger and take a photo of the string next to a ruler) before you place your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at dollybabynewyork@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
